3rdspace is run by SeeSalt Ltd, a registered Australian charity (ACNC). We are non-denominational and we do not sell anything.
If you fill in the form, we collect your first name, the email address or mobile number you give us, and your answers to the three questions — what brought you here, where you are at, and how you would rather meet.
Your answers to those questions say something about your religious beliefs. Under Australian privacy law that is sensitive information. We collect it only because you chose to tell us, and only so the person who gets in touch knows what you actually wanted to talk about.
We also record which ad or link brought you here, which page you landed on, and the approximate city your internet connection reports. We do not ask for your address and we do not collect your precise location.
The local person you are matched with sees your name, your contact details and your three answers. Staff at SeeSalt who run the campaign can see the same.
Your details are stored in our contact system (GoHighLevel) and our own database, both of which are operated on our behalf and hold data outside Australia.
We do not send your answers about faith to advertising platforms.When you submit the form we do tell Meta that a conversion happened, and that message includes a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone, your IP address and your browser type, so Meta can tell it was the same person who saw the ad. It contains nothing about what you said.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to any other organisation for their own marketing.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will. You can also just say so to the person who contacts you, or ignore the message — nobody will chase you.
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to see which ads work. You can block these with any standard content blocker and the site will still work.
